This original work is made using layering, painting, dyeing, hand and machine embroidery plus many other textile techniques.
 
The machine embroidery has been produced using an antique Singer hand cranked sewing machine, it is a slower form of stitching and allows me to reflect on the effects time has had on the building I am stitching.
