This original piece of textile art is based on a chapel in Durham, UK. Abandoned since 1998.
 
It is made using hand and machine stitch, it is dyed, painted with inks and chalks and stamped. 
 
The piece is named after a favourite song of mine and means 'lonely'
 
It measures a total of 33 x 62cm (the embroidery measures 33 x 44cm)  and is ready to hang.
