I am afraid I still can't really say what I am up to. I have spent the whole day packing parcels for Ebay and I am getting my tattoo coloured in on Friday. Other than that I can't

It has been very busy at the moment, but I can't tell you most of the things that I am doing as they are secret presents. I can tell you that we have moved our office down into the living room and have realised how little stuff we actually need so I am selling lots of our stuff on Ebay. Yesterday I spent the morning making things for my new website. I was making a fabric journal in the afternoon and then making a crochet toy all evening. A v
I have had a very virtuous day today. I have completed two embroidery kits, sorted all the stuff out for my new role as Programme Secretary at the Embroiderers' Guild, filled out my tax form, my student loan form, sorted all my emails out. I also updated the Embroiderers' Guild website, Twitter, blog and Facebook page! Few! It is still only lunch time!
This afternoon I am going to Ebay some stuff, complete a crochet gun and make a start on a fabric journal I am making. What a busy day! I have finished the stole! I now am trying to catch up on all the things I should have done but didn't :@(
I have been doing the stole again today, the horrid gold part is nearly finished and then it is just the bush in the centre which is much quicker, easier and generally nicer to do!
I also went to the library to pick up a book on crafting and tried to Ebay some stuff, but Ebay seems broken :@( Hopefully tomorrow I will get most of the embroidery done on the stole and then it can go back to its rightful owner....finally! Tonight I am going to have a read and do some of a crochet gun I am making for someone. It has been a busy time here, it was James' birthday on the 1st so we had a few days off for that.
I did a Hobbycraft demo on card making last weekend and I sold 7 crochet monsters. Claire came to see us on Wednesday and we went out for a drink. I spent 6 hours having my tattoo outlined on Thursday. Ouch! They think it will be around 3 more sessions to colour it in. The photo is from Friday, so it is not as red now. (The red bits will be grey!) On Friday I did a workshop in the Embroiderers Guild on sewing a beetle and any time in between I have been sewing the stole. It has come on really well in the last few days and should be done very soon, it is the gold that takes the time, the bush is very quick. Next week will be much quieter, just an Embroiderers' Guild meeting and an embroidery worshop |
